In this personal injury case it is contended by the appellant, Mondawmin Corporation, defendant below (Mondawmin), that the Superior Court of Baltimore City (Cole, J.) erred in declining to grant the defendant's motion for a directed verdict at the conclusion of the testimony and, later, its motion for a judgment n.o.v. in its favor, because (1) there was no legally sufficient evidence that the defendant was guilty of primary negligence and (2) the evidence established that the appellee, Mrs. Isabel B.
