This case involves an appeal from a jury verdict in favor of Plaintiff/Appel-lee/Cross-Appellant, Terrance J. Frederick (“Frederick”), on his claims for Jones Act negligence, unseaworthiness, maintenance, cure, and unearned wages arising from injuries Frederick received from a slip and fall while aboard the ship “Champion.” Kirby Tankships, Inc.
