CARNES, Circuit Judge:
We deny Farm Stores Grocery, Inc.’s petition for rehearing but withdraw our previous opinion dated January 28, 2008, and published at 514 F.3d 1207, and substitute the following opinion in its place:
This appeal in a Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-19, case involves a number of issues arising under that statute. It also presents us with an interesting issue that is not FLSA-specific.
