This cause is before the Court on the Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. # 63] (November 16, 2009), memorandum in support [Doc. # 64], and Supplement to Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. # 66] filed by Defendants Sunrise Medical, Inc. and Quickie Designs, Inc. The Motion is opposed by Plaintiff Roy MeSwain [Docs. # 68 & 69].
