¶ 1 The Grand Lodge of Oklahoma of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows (The Grand Lodge), and Durant Lodge No. 57, IOOF (Lodge No. 57)(collectively the Lodges 1 ), appeal from an order granting default judgment in favor of the Durant Civic Foundation, Inc. (Durant).
