For convenience plaintiff in error will be called plaintiff and defendants in error defendants. Plaintiff sold to one G. B. Brown certain pieces of machinery known as burr extractors, which were placed by Brown in cotton gins owned by him at Tuscola, Taylor county, and Anson, Jones county.
