MCFADDEN, Judge.

Michael Bourff filed a pro se complaint alleging that Green Tree Servicing, LLC, had engaged in unlawful debt collection practices. Green Tree filed an answer and counterclaim, asserting that Bourff had defaulted on two real estate loans and seeking attorney fees. *321Green Tree moved for summary judgment as to both the complaint and its counterclaim, and the trial court granted the motion.
