In a tort suit based on allegedly violent behavior by a manager at a Burger King restaurant, Sharon Ellison, pro se, appeals the grant of summary judgment to Burger King Corporation (BKC), Janet Peterson (the restaurant manager), Southern Restaurant Hospitality, LLC (SRH), and SRH president Carl Payton, contending that material issues of fact precluded summary judgment.
