Patrick Edokpolor and Linda Patrick (collectively, “Edokpolor”) appeal the grant of summary judgment to Grady Memorial Hospital Corporation, Shirley Singh, and Jane Doe (collectively, “Grady”) in Edokpolor’s wrongful death suit against them in the State Court of Fulton County. Grady has moved this Court to dismiss the appeal, arguing that Edokpolor’s notice of appeal was untimely, and that Edokpolor failed to file a brief within 20 days of the docketing of this case.
