I. INTRODUCTION

Before the Court in this securities and antitrust matter are the parties’ cross motions for preliminary injunctive relief and plaintiffs’ motion to dismiss defendant’s counterclaim. In their motion for a preliminary injunction, plaintiffs Moore Corporation Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiary FRDK,. Inc.
