This is an action by plaintiff, Juan Quilodran-Brau, for a declaratory judgment to set aside a deportation order entered against him and to restrain the defendant, J. W. Holland, District Director, Immigration and Naturalization Service, (erroneously appearing in the caption as T. J. Holland) from deporting him.
