*419As the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) prepared to construct the Portland-Milwaukie light-rail line, it acquired interests in certain properties that the new rail line would cross or otherwise affect, condemning some property interests pursuant to the General Condemnation Procedure Act, ORS chapter 35.
