Aaron Bravman (“Bravman”) and his wife, Muriel Bravman, appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Robert W. Sweet, Judge, granting Baxter Healthcare Corporation (“Baxter”) summary judgment and dismissing Bravman’s amended complaint in a diversity case.
