JOHNSON, Circuit Judge:
This case arises on appeal from the denial of defendants’ motions for summary judgment on state law claims for malicious interference with employment and conspiracy to interfere with employment. Defendants, two federal employees at the Naval Air Rework Facility in Pensacola, Florida, assert that absolute immunity insulates them from these claims. Defendants further assert that the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978, Pub.L. No. 95-454, 91 Stat. 1111 (1978) (codified in scattered sections of 5 U.S.C.A.) (“CSRA”), preempts these actions.
