Before the Court are a number of pending motions: Defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint (Doc. 2); their motion to strike portions of Plaintiffs amended complaint (Doc. 23); a motion to dismiss the amended complaint (Doc. 24); and several motions seeking leave to file supplemental authorities (Docs. 4, 7, 8, 30, 32, and 39). Defendants also filed a notice of their claim that the federal statute at issue, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, is unconstitutional (Doc. 35), and have sought leave to file a supplemental memorandum on that question.
