John B. Hatcher, Elizabeth Martin, Ale-tha McCain, and June Eaton appeal a summary judgment denying their action under Part B of the Medicare Act to enjoin the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services from conducting hearings they claim denied them due process of law.
