BEFORE THE COURT hare four motions to dismiss raising substantive and procedural objections to the Amended Complaint (Dkts. 45, 47, 48, 52). The 73 page Amended Complaint includes 20 counts, 228 paragraphs and 61 subparagraphs, and names nine defendants.
