This is an appeal by Modesty June Gau-det (“Gaudet”) from an order by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island denying Gaudet’s motion to voluntarily dismiss her petition for relief under Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Act (11 U.S.C. §§ 1301 et seq.) and granting a creditor’s motion to convert the case to an involuntary liquidation under Chapter 7.
