On this appeal from a judgment entered following revocation of probation, appellant makes five contentions: (1) that he was deprived of due process because of lack of a prerevocation hearing; (2) that he was deprived of due process because he received no notice of the charges upon which revocation was based; (3) that he was denied his right to confront and cross-examine witnesses at the revocation hearing; (4) that the court conducted the hearing improperly, taking an adversary position against him; and (5) that the findings of probation violations were not supported by…
