OPINION AND ORDER

NORGLE, District Judge.

Before the court is Defendant’s Motion- for Summary Judgment. For the following reasons, the motion is granted.

I. BACKGROUND

Plaintiff Alfredo Prado (“Prado”) contracted polio at the age of three. The virus caused muscular atrophy in his right leg. At 18 years of age, Prado underwent corrective surgery to stabilize his right ankle. As a result, Prado states that he has “full range of motion with [his] right leg, [and that he] can walk, balancé,' kick, and feel everything with [his] right leg.” (Prado Aff. § 2.)
