I. INTRODUCTION
This action for an alleged violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (the “ADA”) and the Michigan Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act (the “PWDCRA”) is presently before the Court on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment.
