OPINION
RIDGWAY, Judge:
In this action, Plaintiff Plasticoid Manufacturing Inc. — a U.S. seller of “cutting and marking straight edges” — contests the determination of the U.S. Department of Commerce that straight edges imported by Plasticoid are within the scope of the anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on aluminum extrusions from the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”).
