This is an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County which granted summary judgment • in favor of appellee. Instantly, appellant contends that the lower court erred in ruling that he is collaterally estopped from litigating the issue of whether appellee discharged him from his employment because of his refusal to submit to a polygraph examination.
