Woodward-Clyde Consultants (WCC), a Nevada corporation licensed to do business in North Dakota, appeals from a final judgment entered in the District Court for the District of North Dakota, upon a jury verdict, in the amount of $277,626.70 in favor of Bottineau Farmers Elevator (BFE), a North Dakota agricultural cooperative.
