This is an appeal from the dismissal of petitioner’s amended petition for a writ of mandamus.

On March 10 and 19, 1967, petitioner inhaled welding fumes on the, job, the result of which was activation of a pre-existing bronchial asthmatic disease and incapacitation. He filed a claim with what was then the State Compensation Department, presently the State Accident Insurance Fund and hereinafter referred to as the Fund.'
