Defendants filed these consolidated appeals from several orders of the Wayne County Circuit Court which, inter alia, issued two contempt citations against each defendant. The nature of this appeal requires a somewhat detailed chronology.

On November 6, 1974, plaintiff filed a complaint which sought a restraining order and a show cause order against the named defendants. The complaint averred that defendant Lobert had, until October 26, 1974, driven a catering truck for plaintiff ARA Chuckwagon of Detroit (ARA).
