Two cases have been consolidated for trial: one, a proceeding under section 305 of the Tariff Act of 1930,19 U.S.C.A. § 1305,1 in which the government seeks forfeiture on grounds of obscenity of 19,500 copies of a magazine entitled Hellenic Sun Number Two, imported from Denmark; the other, an action by the importer to enjoin the District Director of Customs 2 from withholding the magazines.
