Plaintiffs, four local gasoline retailers, initiated this action pursuant to the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act, (hereinafter “PMPA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 2801-2841, seeking preliminary and permanent injunctive relief from the allegedly wrongful nonrenewal of their lease agreements.
