MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
PLUNKETT, District Judge.
This bankruptcy appeal is before us today upon the questions of whether an unscheduled debt is discharged in a no asset proceeding and whether the bankruptcy court had the authority to disregard the rulings of the Circuit Court of Cook County that the debt was not discharged. For the reasons stated below, the judgment of the bankruptcy court is affirmed.
