A bill in equity was filed in the District Court by McCormick & Go., Inc., a Maryland corporation, engaged in the city of Baltimore in the manufacture of various products used for toilet and culinary purposes, and Durham Bros. Company, a Virginia corporation, engaged as a wholesale dealer in groceries and food products in the city of Roanoke, Va., as complainants, against W. G.
