This is a case of attorneys suing their client for compensation for legal services. In their complaint plaintiffs Frank M. Spinelli and James A. Soderquist alleged that the defendant Economy Stations, Inc., had become indebted to them in the amount of $25,000 for professional services rendered from March 31, 1965, to September 28, 1965, in connection with a suit brought by Tidewater Oil Company against defendant.
