NEPTUNE, Presiding Judge.

This appeal challenges the trial court’s determination of the fair value of dissenting shareholders’ stock and its granting of prejudgment interest to the dissidents.

Action was commenced in September of 1971 by minority shareholders of Southwestern Cotton Oil Company (Company) who were owners of 11.26 percent interest in all of the outstanding stock of the Company.
