LEIBSON, Justice.

Eva Jewell Blevins, the eleven year old daughter of appellants Fred and Letha Blevins, was killed in a school bus accident. Three separate actions were filed in the Board of Claims against the Kentucky Department of Education. The first claim was a wrongful death action filed by the decedent’s personal representative seeking damages for the estate for the destruction of the decedent’s power to earn money and *783for funeral expenses. KRS 411.130. In addition two separate claims were filed, one on behalf of the decedent’s father and one on behalf of her mother, seeking damages…
