Affirming.

George W. Wilkins, a railroad brakeman, suffered tbe loss of practically all of bis fingers on one band in an accident. He was a member of tbe Brotberbood of Railroad Trainmen and beld a contract of insurance for a maximum sum of $5,000 in case of loss of any of certain enumerated parts of bis body, wbicb included a band. Having been denied payment, be sued and recovered judgment against tbe Brotberbood. But it was reversed upon tbe ground that bis injury did not come witbin tbe casualties specified in section 68 of tbe Constitution and…
