Tbis is an original proceeding in prohibition. Tbe relator is a drainage district organized "by tbe County Court ol Pemi-scot County under Article IV, Chapter 41, Revised Statutes 1909, which, with amendments, is now Article II, Chapter 64, Revised Statutes 1929. Under that law the county■ treasurer of the county in which the district is located acts as treasurer thereof, holds custody of its funds and disburses the same.
