Plaintiff brought this action to recover for personal injuries and damages to his automobile, resulting from a collision with the automobile of the defendants, who, by cross-complaint, prayed recovery for personal injuries and damages to their automobile. The cause was tried to the court, which found that the defendants’ negligence was the proximate cause of the accident. From judgment for five hundred dollars in favor of the plaintiff, the defendants have appealed.
