The plaintiffs and the defendant, Weston Heights, Inc., hereinafter called the corporation, own adjoining farms which extend westerly from the Connecticut River valley onto Ascutney Mountain. The division line between them is straight and runs in an easterly and westerly course. For about half its entire length the easterly end of the line is marked by a fence and there is, and for many years has been, a plainly visible marker at the northwest corner of plaintiffs’ farm, which is the southwest corner of the corporation’s farm.
