RAPER, Justice.

By this appeal, defendant-appellant challenges a judgment of the district court for Natrona County, Wyoming, awarding plaintiff-appellee damages for the improper disposition of collateral following plaintiff-ap-*637pellee’s default on a loan. In urging reversal, defendant-bank asserts:

1. That appellee waived any right of action against appellant when he consented to a later sale of the collateral;

2. That its delivery of a repossession title to an accommodation maker on the loan was not a sale or disposition of the collateral without notice to appellee; and
