WILLIAMS, Circuit Judge.
On December 9, 1919, Beulah Gambill filed her affidavit, (Plaintiff’s Exhibit 9), two joint supporting affidavits attached, with Bureau of War Risk Insurance on its regular form 514, same being set out in footnote1.
*669The stamp endorsements thereon show that same was received by the Bureau of War Risk Insurance on December 13, 1919, and by its Claims, Compensation & Insurance Board on December 15, 1919.
On December 29, 1919, the said Beulah Gambill was notified in writing by R. G. Cholmeley-Jones, Director of the Bureau of War Risk Insurance (Plaintiff’s Exhibit 10) that…
