HARTIGAN, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal by the plaintiffs from a judgment entered May 10, 1955, in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts dismissing with prejudice and without costs the plaintiffs’ substitute complaint.

This action was commenced July 6, 1949, on three Government Life Insurance (converted) policies for total and permanent disability benefits.
