Wendell W. Webster is the trustee in the case under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101 et seq., of the debtor NETtel Corporation, Inc. (“NET-tel”). He initiated this adversary proceeding to avoid and recover two transfers made by NETtel to DMR Consulting, Inc. (“DMR”), a company now known as Fujitsu Consulting, Inc.
