The defendant, Zachery A. Davis, appeals his conviction by a jury of armed robbery. MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797.

He contends that a police lineup was "unnecessarily suggestive and conducive to irreparable mistaken identification”, 1 that the failure of his trial lawyer to challenge the in-court identification testimony of a witness who viewed him in the lineup was a major mistake depriving him of the effective assistance of counsel, that a handgun was improp erly admitted into evidence, and that the judge erred in taking into consideration at the time of sentencing other alleged similar offenses…
