LARSON, Chief Justice.

Appeal from an order of a partial distribution made by the District Court of Salt Lake County.

By the terms of the will of John C. Howard, hereinafter called deceased, his executors set up four trust funds, one for each of his four children. The will further provided that the corpus of the trust estates was to be paid to the several beneficiaries as they reached the age of 35.
