I. INTRODUCTION
The plaintiffs in this action, Damian Hendricks (“Hendricks”) and Michael Minzie (“Minzie”), are former employees of the defendant, J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“JPMorgan”).1 Both Hendricks and Minzie worked as “fund accountants” within JPMorgan’s “Hedge Fund Services” business in Greenwich, Connecticut, between 2007 and 2008.
