MEMORANDUM OPINION
HENRY H. KENNEDY, JR., District Judge.
Plaintiff Jane Fitts and defendant Unum Life Insurance Company of America (“Unum”) have reached a settlement agreement calling for the Court to determine the amount of reasonable attorneys’ fees to which Fitts is entitled. Before the Court is Fitts’s motion for attorneys’ fees and costs [# 211].
