This appeal is from an order of the Superior Court reversing the court below adjudging the appellees in contempt for violating an injunction decree.

Appellees contemplated the erection of a garage on land situated between 47th, 48th, Spruce and Pine Streets. The garage when built was to be a one-story building with basements underneath, located approximately 65 feet from the street line and having an extension or entrance therefrom to Pine Street.
