This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Objection to the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation Recommending Denial of Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand (Doc. 48), and Defendant’s first Motion for Partial Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. 36).1 These matters are fully briefed and ripe for disposition.
