MEMORANDUM OPINION

PAUL L. FRIEDMAN, District Judge.

The Court has before it defendant’s motion for judgment as a matter of law, or in the alternative, for a new trial or remitti-tur, and plaintiffs motion to award back pay and prejudgment interest.

After a three-day trial beginning on February 8, 1999, a twelve person jury unanimously found that plaintiff experienced quid pro quo sexual harassment and hostile work environment sexual harassment by virtue of the conduct of her supervisor at the Oak Hill Youth Center.
