Arbor Tree Management, Inc., Appellant, appeals from a final order of the Unemployment Appeals Commission (“UAC”) reversing the unemployment appeals referee’s determination that the claimant, Steve Sutton, was discharged for misconduct connected with work. Appellant raises two issues on appeal, only one of which merits discussion. Appellant argues that the UAC improperly found that there was no competent, substantial evidence to support the appeals referee’s findings of fact and conclusion that the claimant’s actions constituted misconduct that would disqualify him from receiving benefits.…
