TJOFLAT, Circuit Judge:

Petitioner, Thomas Michael Reece, appeals from the district court’s denial of his motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. We affirm.

On December 10, 1992, Reece was convicted in the District Court for the Northern District of Georgia on four counts of dealing in a controlled substance, methamphetamine. One count charged Reece with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846; two counts charged him with distribution of methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2;…
